| Nurses receive statewide recognition |
Two nurse practitioners, Tracey Herstich and Julie Tsirambidis, were recently named 2012 Pediatric Nurse Practitioners of the Year by the Ohio Chapter of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP) for their work in Haiti. They will be honored at a ceremony in Columbus on Oct. 19. Read more |
| Bikers bring bears and goodwill |
Each fall, Bowery Street is filled with the roar of motorcycle engines and thousands of bikers who have made the 45-mile ride from Dover to say thank you to their children’s hospital. The Children’s Caravan began in 1996 after a grateful mother, Penny Martin, wanted to show her appreciation to the hospital. Read more |
